Are bats and dolphins like the same animal in different elements

Seems that dolphins and bats are the only two creatures that use echolocation, they both exist in completely separate environments and just seem like the same animal adapted to both air and water. Idk, I just think that’s really weird and actual evidence of a glitch in the matrix
