I don't speak Portuguese, I'm an American and I love Brazil, why is nobody letting me into the Brazilian chamber?

I just searched for "Brazil" on the chambers and saw the /c/brasil and /c/brazil. I know the /c/r/brazil is the English speaker one but is the /c/brasil the Portuguese one? I just want to meet other people who loves Brazil and ask questions about how to fit in better because my boyfriend is from there. <br><br>I'm sorry if this is the wrong place but I just want to talk to others who also loves Brazil.
