You try the flaky and buttery parathas from the North.<br><br>And let's not forget the street food. The chaat. The kebabs. The fried eggs. The samosas and kachoris. The piping hot momos. The flaky and spicy pani puris.<br><br>And the people. Oh the people. You meet new and interesting people who are passionate about food. You learn about their cultures and traditions.
