How do people afford multiple long vacations per year

I've been using a finance app since I turned 18, and I finally was able to save up enough for a fun trip out of the country. I've worked a full time job since 18 and I'm 22 now, and it took me four years to save enought for my first trip. I'm making 40k a year. I have no debt and no car payment. <br><br>I follow a lot of travel accounts on Instagram and everyone is always traveling to cool places at least four times per year. How? I could never figure it out. I've saved over 5k for my trip and I still need to buy plane tickets and other things. What jobs can someone have that they can save so much money for multiple trips out of the country every year?
