Can I finger my sister?

Can I finger my little sister (14) without her knowing about it? I know she was meant to be having sex with me of any other male in the future but I don't wanna wait that long and I'm gonna marry her when she turns 18. So, should I grab her hand to do it to myself or just do it behind her back?
