I'm from Europe and there is a really common problem in the countryside. No internet connection, no telephone reception, nothing. But I'm not sure about the situation in the United States, Canada or Australia, I just know that there are such problems in those countries, too.

As I heard from a friend of mine who lives in the rural areas of the Rockies, it's a big problem getting fast reliable internet there. But they were able to install StarLink which makes their lives much easier.

However, I have a question. These rural areas are usually very far from power plants and most of them still can't connect to a power connection. How are they able to power their StarLink? I know some of them have diesel generators, but that can't be the only solution.

Just wanted to know how was this problem solved in the United States and other countries. Thanks for answers in advance.
