If you have to say “I’m an introvert” every 5 minutes then you are not an introvert

Some people claim to be introverts but talk more than anyone else and find comfort in being social. You can’t be introverted and talk all the time. I’m not saying there is anything wrong with being introverted. But a lot of the people who say they are introverted are not.
