the worldview here is too fatalistic and bleak

i've been lurking this sub for a while and while a lot of the things people here say might seem true, the fatalism, helplessness, and bleakness of the place is driving me nuts. i'm not sure how you people can cope with what you believe to be the brutal, worldview of this place. i don't think it's sustainable and it's driving a lot of you to kill yourselves.
