How to get these ideas to developers

Hello everyone, I've been visiting this site for about 3 weeks now, I really like this chamber you guys are passionate about your projects, I've seen many great ideas here that I would like to be developed, I'm a newbie programmer trying to learn, I just need to know where to get started, many of you are quoting the "make your own app idea" thing, I get you guys, you are angry that non programmers are coming here to post their ideas, you want them to get a new hobby, but what about us the beginners who want to get started, clearly we need an idea to start, we want to learn and we need guidance, I've started learning to code but I don't know what to do with it, I can't just code randomly i need a project, we are working hard too, we can't just put the effort to make the project and you don't support us, but then you complain that people don't get started to learn coding, wtf, so these are my thoughts about this whole thing, you are angry that non programmers are here, and you don't give any support to new programmers, you want us to go out of this chamber, but you want more people to learn coding, I don't get it
