How do I get started with writing a fantasy novel?

I have a story idea, and a few characters, and I really want to write a fantasy novel. But I've never written anything before.<br><br>Could someone list the stages you go through when writing a fantasy novel. Like, first you do X, then you do Y, and after that you'll do Z, and everybody does it like that. <br><br>I Google things like "how do I start writing a fantasy novel" but I'm not sure what to do.<br><br>I live in a country where there isn't very much access to writing communities or other writers who I can talk to. I appreciate any advice you have.
