Why nobody has used AI to make a good dubbed movie?

I was watching a movie on Netflix in spanish and I thought: maybe I should watch it in french with english subs while training a VOICE MODEL and then I can use it to DUB MOVIES IN FRENCH. What I thought was crazy was that I don’t see any content like this on youtube but it should be REALLY EASY (for me at least lol) and you can watch dubbed movies with the voice of the person you want. And it’s not just for dubbing. For animated movies, spanish dubs have the same quality as english dubs but with french it’s another story.
