It's ok to play "bad guy" with your kids when they want to play fight

To me bad guy is cockily taking on 2-4 kids in a room filled with couch cushions and pillows, and losing on purpose after 15 minutes. Just a little sting of defeat damn it. They'll learn what it's like to lose one day and it's on me to prepare them.
