Hi.

I’m 34 years old. I have 3 children (3yrs, 6 mos and 7 yrs old). I also have PCOD. Early this year, I got into a new routine, and by June I had lost 20 pounds. I still weigh 160 pounds, and I’m 5 feet 5 inches tall. I’m not skinny or anything, but I definitely look and feel better.

The problem is that my husband doesn’t like it. He says he misses “the fat girl” he fell in love with. Yesterday, he made a comment that made me cry. He said that the way I look now reminds him of every other “stupid skinny girl he could’ve had, but he chose the more “curvy” me because he thought I was more beautiful.” However, I don’t think he meant it that way. I think he meant that by me losing weight, he misses the curvy me.

I don’t know what to do now. I like the way I look now, but I love him very much and don’t want to lose him.

Should I stop working out and eat more? (I eat very little everyday, but I work out to keep muscle.)

What should I do now?

Please help. I don’t want to lose my husband because of a few pounds.
