I'm not white but I want to know why "gun culture" is so heavily white dominated.

For context I'm black and I'm not trying to create a stir I'm just curious. I've always been on r/guns but have never posted. Comparatively on r/nba for example the fans are very diverse. Which has lead me to ask do PoC not generally like guns? I don't see that many people of color at the gun range, gun store, or weapon manufacturers. Which has lead me to ask do PoC generally not like guns? I'm not being racist I'm just genuinely curious.
