if you have any tips for beating men at sports i'd really appreciate it

i've been woody allen's son for a bit now and the comments have been super helpfull, so now i'm looking for tips on how to beat men at sports. i've been a gamer for a while now and really enjoy it. i'm really tired of losing to men and it's even worse because i'm a woman. i'm currently playing quake champions and i'm really shit at it. i've won like 3 games or so and i've mostly been playing against people with more hours in the game than me. so if you have any tips i'd really appreciate it. also it's really frustrating to be in a voice chat with men and hear them laugh at how shit i am when they can hear my voice and see i'm a woman. also would be nice to beat my boyfriend at quake, he's going to be really mad lol.#####
