The vocal "weird that everyone is in my lawn" men on next-door are creepy

I started using next-door awhile ago. It's a place where you can talk to other people in your neighborhood. There is an 80-year-old plus man that posts almost hourly that "he has lived here for over 40 years and he is upset that so many people are on his lawn". When someone tries to help him by saying he should put up a no trespassing sign or some other suggestion he gets very defensive. It's overall very strange behavior.
