Has anyone else experienced this weird optical illusion when trying to move their hand fast?

This only happens sometimes when I move my hand fast to my side of the couch without looking at it<br><br>What happens now when I move my hand really quickly to the side of the couch, it creates a literal clone of my hand for a nanosecond, as if the afterimage of my hand stays there for a little bit after I move my hand. <br><br>Who else has experienced this?<br><br>There is another version of this, where i watch a light, or a line, as I move my head. I wouldn't recommend this as it causes a headache, but the light will sometimes disappear as if there is no light there, which is really weird. <br><br><br><br>What is the most likely explanation for this?
