I'm a Mormon and I've seen the type of marriage my male friends have and I hate it

I'm a Mormon and the type of marriage my male friends have sucks and I hate it. The men in my church are mostly unhappy and the marriages male friends have don't look very good. I've come to realize that the church is a massive terrible thing for men. The church teaches that marriage is the most important thing for a man and that it is part of the plan of salvation. Men are required to go on a 2-year mission to convert people, and when they come back, they're expected to marry someone. My friends are all married and have kids, and it looks terrible. They have to do whatever their wives say or else they won't have a happy marriage. The church teaches men to put the needs of others before their own and to be a provider, protector, and presider. This means that men have to do what their wives want them to do or else they'll be unhappy. I hate how the church puts men in a position where they have to do whatever their wives want in order to have a happy marriage. This is a horrible thing for men and a sign of patriarchy.
