Carpet bugs vs bed bugs

I'm wondering if these bugs I'm seeing in my son's room are bed bugs. I have seen them in his bed and on the floor in his room. I'm no expert but they don't look like bed bugs. They look like carpet bugs that I've had in the past. I've taken pictures and looked them up but would like some more opinions. Does anyone here have bed bugs? I'm wondering if folks here have pulled these bugs out of their bed and they were indeed bed bugs.<br><br>For the record I do have pulled about 100 carpet bugs out of my bed over the years but I've never had bed bugs from what I can tell.
