My husband and I have been arguing about old women underwear

I (36F) have gained a bit of weight and my underwear don’t fit as good as they used to. I have ordered new ones and they are on the way but my husband (34M) keeps making comments on them. He says they are so ugly with the big waist band, that it’s not sexy anymore and that I look like a grandma. I told him that I have ordered new ones but in the meantime let’s just forget about my underwears, it’s no big deal. He just keeps pushing how he wants to see me wear sexy once instead of the old lady ones. I don’t even go to the bedroom naked anymore because I don’t want him to make comments. I’m close to buying them myself but I don’t have the money to do that.
