I'm currently on night duty and I don't have my sleep schedule in check.

I need to sleep from 10am-4pm so I can do that duty by 5pm and finish it on 5am. I can't sleep due to anxiety that I need to sleep. Its 1am and I don't even know how to sleep now. I'm wide awake.
