They have to bust a certain number of people each month or they risk losing their tax credit. Nasty people. Walmart spends a lot on LP, cameras and training. If they get your license plate number then you're screwed. You can be charged weeks or even months later. They will have video and may have eye witnesses. The D.A. may be influenced by Walmart. They may threaten a felony or give you a misdemeanor. You will have to pay Walmart and court ordered fines.
