I was a victim of something unsettling tonight. No one seems to understand, or know what this is

I'm a 25 year old girl and I live on the 10th floor of a rather new apartment building. Tonight around 6 pm I felt peckish and weak, so I called my boyfriend via WhatsApp and asked him if he could bring some food for me as I'm not feeling good. He agreed. We live in different apartments, but in the same complex. So it's just a matter of a short elevator ride to get to one another. <br> <br> <br> 5-6 minutes later I got a call from him. I was in the middle of getting some water, so I couldn't answer it at first. I called him back, though, and he asked me if I had called the elevator. I was confused and asked Y?. He said he got on the elevator and called my floor and it's not my elevator call. I told him I didn't call the elevator after calling him. He said that the elevator stopped on the ground floor, then on the first floor, then on my floor. So he assumed I called it. He said that he was mad and called me to ask if I was joking or not. He said that if I did prank him then he'd tell my parents because what I did was horrible. I told him I had no clue what he was talking about, I didn't call the elevator because I didn't even leave the apartment. He still didn't believe me and was mad, and that's when the weirdness happened. He asked if I'm sure so I said of course. Now at that point we both were sure that something was off. I double checked the doors and windows, nothing was out of place. I thought someone might be messing with the elevators. I told him this and he said yeah but that wouldn't explain how the elevator would stop in the first floor because someone has to press that button. We were confused and didn't know what to do. I told him to come anyway because who knows, maybe someone wanted to play a prank and they knew that we were talking. This sky scraper has other buildings around it but they are all separate. I have been living in this building for 3 years. I have experienced nothing like this before. I'm so terrified because I don't know what to do. I don't know how to explain this. My mom thinks someone in the building is messing with elevators. My dad thinks the elevators are broken. I hope the cameras caught something because I don't want to imagine that someone tried to fish personal information from us. We didn't have our dinner in the end but what I did have was anxiety for the rest of the day. Let's not meet again, creepy elevator caller.
