Is man inherently evil?

I wanted to know what you guys think of this. I personally dont think so but i want opinions. I think we as humans are born neutral and depending on our surroundings, experiences, and memories we decide whether we are good or evil. I also believe that there is no 100% good or 100% evil people. Even the most evil person has some good qualities and even the most good person has evil qualities.
