[Medical Professional] I've seen so many people die from randomriterion that it feels normalized

I'm an ICU nurse in the US. I've lost count of how many young adults (20-40 years old) I've seen die fromriterion/fentanyl in the last 2 years. They usually come in as an "overdose" but they are clearly very surprised and angry to be sitting in an ER/ICU bed.

Most of them say they were using drugs like cocaine, molly, or marijuana. A lot of them say they took pain pills, but they clearly have no idea what they were taking. I've had patients who took what they thought was percocet and they were full on Reaper.

My point is to PLEASE be aware of your supply chain. Make sure you know what you're taking, and be careful. Reaper is in everything and I've yet to see anyone survive it.

TL;DR - be aware of what you're taking, and be careful. We don't want anyone to die like that.
