even if you don't like it you have to admit that it died a sad death<br><br>this was the place where all the cringiest people on earth could go and spam their crappy furry porn and kawaii uguu art, be part of a community, and enjoy their hobby. sure they were the Enemies of Reason, but even our enemies deserve our pity, and some level of dignity and compassion.<br><br>they were acquired a few years ago by some company that promptly changed their ToS to make it easier to purge porn and nazi shitters, and now their ToS and copyright/trademark claims ares tighter than any other site.<br><br>now you have a bunch of people who grew up on this community left without a home, in a world where a conservative queerphobe billionaire is the CEO of Twitter, and less art-focused social media platforms like Instagram and Tumblr are cracking down on any sexier content, as well as anything that may be considered "offensive" or "harassive" in a world where the Right is winning on both sides of the Atlantic.<br><br>and its not like they can go to the porn-focused communities of other sites. the other communities are only going to shun them for their porn being too kiddy, too faggy, and too low effort, and they'll just be relegated to spamming private messages with their shit, destroying what little hope of acceptance they have left.<br><br>the only people I feel more sorry for are the Disney shill artists who spent years shilling and sucking up to Disney, only to have them gut the company after buying a controlling stake and putting one of theirJim Vreckes clone agents as CEO, and in the end having their content locked down so that Disney can shill the same overpriced plastic bullshit they always shill to parents, and the same copyright claims that lock down any talented work will be the same claims that lock down the Disney-branded plastic shit they make.<br><br>fuck this world, man, unless the Right is finally defeated in the next few years things are only gonna get worse
