With the assumptions that bugs are as intelligent as humans, we would need to redesign agriculture, maintain a balanced ecosystem and with the resources we have today, feed the population. So let’s explore some ideas.

1. **Renewable Energy:** Bugs could create a massive solar farm system, encompassing the entire country with solar panels and with nuclear power stations as well. This could power the country with renewable energy since fossil fuels are being phased out.
2. **Hydro Energy:** With the scale of engineering bugs could achieve, they could potentially build massive dams across massive rivers, creating a massive reservoir of water, in turn creating massive waterfalls which could create hydro energy. There could also be smaller hydro power plants along the river to create micro-power plants.
3. **Population Restriction:** Due to the limited resources available, bugs could control the population by maintaining a small number of reproductive individuals and with a system in place, would allow the population to stay small.
4. **Diet:** With the resources available, bugs could have a plant-based diet which would provide them with a great source of nutrients and energy which would sustain their population.
5. **Factory Farming:** With the limited resources available, bugs maintain a system where animals such as cows are preserved for their milk and other products, and in turn the waste is converted into fertilizers and pesticides. Alternatively, they could opt for lab-grown meat which would allow them to have a meat-based diet.
6. **Education:** Since bugs are the dominant species, education would be Bug-Centric and would allow the bugs to have a Bug-Centric perspective of the world. The system would allow bugs to adapt to the changing world and develop new skills.
7. **Cities and Architecture:** With the engineering skills bugs possess, they could create massive cities with sustainable buildings and maintain a balanced ecosystem with green spaces and with the engineering skills they possess, create self-sustaining cities.
8. **Science and Technology:** With the resources available, bugs could focus on science and technology, developing new resources and with the pace of technology, allow them to have a high standard of living.
9. **Economy and Employment:** With the resources available, bugs could have a high standard of living and maintain a balanced ecosystem. The economy would be based on the resources available and could potentially have a 30 hour work week which would allow the bugs to have a balance between work and leisure.
10. **Healthcare:** With the resources available, bugs could have access to the best healthcare system, with a Bug-Centric perspective, the system could be tailored to the bugs' needs and would potentially have access to advanced medical technology.
11. **Governance System:** With the resources available, bugs could have a democratic system of government, which would allow them to participate in the decision making process. The system could be tailored to the Bug-Centric perspective and would allow the bugs to have a say in the decisions being made.
12. **Communication Systems:** With the communication skills bugs possess, they could create an advanced communication system, which would connect all of the cities and within each city.
13. **Transportation Systems:** With the engineering skills bugs possess, they could create an extensive transportation system, including buses, trains, planes and other forms of transportation.
14. **Integration of other species:** With the Bug-Centric perspective of the world, bugs could potentially integrate other species into their society, however it would depend on the resources available.
