What the hell is this in blue rubber?

I’m in Northern California and I’m seeing a mass amount of the blue blue rubber dope. I’m a seasoned heroin addict and I can tell you right now the blue rubber stuff is NOT in the street supply anymore than heroin is. I buy a gram of the blue stuff and every time I’m left with a gram of something that’s not heroin. Yes it works well. Yes it’s cheap. Yes it’s a hell of a lot easier to buy a gram of the blue stuff than a gram of heroin. But I can tell you right now. You take a gram of heroin, and then you take a gram of the blue stuff and what’s left over after the heroin is done is nothing but the brown cotton ball. You take a gram of the blue stuff and your left with a solid ass blue rock. I’m not stupid. I’ve been used on heroin for nine years now. So if anyone has any information on what in the hell the blue stuff is, I’d love to hear it<br><br>Edit: I buy my dope off the streets not off a plug. This is what I’m getting off the streets. Yes I fully hate myself for this. Yes I’m trying to get my life together. If you have any information on what it is I’d appreciate it.
