Just had a great idea, and realized it's not actually great

I got it in my head, that I could use chatGPT to get around wordcount agreements. I am aspiring to write a novel, and I've been hitting road blocks as far as those go. But I realized that, even if I had a partially completed story, and I paid to have the gpt complete it, I could work on editing it, and get to say that I wrote a novel. It would be a lie, though. I have had partially completed stories before, and I've had writer's block, but I worked my way through it. There was a story I wrote just this last year, and it was a great exercise in simply writing. What I'm saying is that I am now regretfully going to go back to my own outlining and plotting, and try to get back to that.
