Most of the people in my dreams aren’t real, but I see them when I’m awake

Okay, so this is really weird to me. When I had my first “lucid dream,” I saw a little girl with curly orange hair, green eyes, and freckles. <br><br>She looked like Matilda. I can’t tell you what her name is, as it’s irrelevant. I’ve seen her multiple times in my dreams, but she’s not real. <br><br>I just saw her walking towards me at a mall (in real life). I felt like I was going crazy. It’s happened to me multiple times. Am I going insane?<br><br>I’ve done my research, but I need answers. <br><br>Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
