Why doesn't anyone reach out and ask what's wrong?

I have been having a terrible past few days, my nan passed away and I'm currently suffering from severe depression.<br>I cried all night, and in the three days since none of my friends have called her asked if I need help or a shoulder to cry on. I'm not mad at them, I just find it funny to think that they don't care about what I'm going through right now. <br>It is saddening that people can be so distant.
