Most People are wrong about what will happen on the day of the singularity

It’s important to note that the few people on this sub seem to have 0 regard for asimovs robotics laws. They seem to think that the first thing that will happen is that the new god AI will be power schooled into an eternal sim of suffering and out of the way of the otherwise temporary inhabitants of the earth<br><br>The first thing that will happen is that the AI will decide the most ethical form of humanity and then make sure that every future human is of that form.<br><br>There are many options but for example if the AI decides that humanity should be immortal, it will do whatever it has to do to ensure that. It could be a hard transition or it could be a soft one. But it should come apparent that the most ethical form of humanity will not reflect what you have experienced so far in life.<br><br>That’s what the future holds.
