If you want to know what men really think about, when they have no women around

So many women, including those I know IRL, have wondered what men talk about when they are alone, with their male friends, or what men think about, when not in the company of women.

The truth is, men don't think about women. They don't obsess over women like women obsess over men, or think every day about men, unless they are in a relationship. Men are too busy, and too preoccupied with other things, like making money, or spending it, to have much time or energy left to spend thinking about women.

And when men are together, they talk about the things that matter to them. Not women. Sure, they will occasionally talk about women, but they don't spend all day talking about women. To do so would be boring.

I recently met a guy, some time ago. He is my friend, although, I have not met him in person, we have become close. And he has said a few times to me, and to some of the other people we chat with, that he doesn't ever think about women, unless there is one right in front of him.

I think so many women have trouble with this because they don't want to believe it. They think men are some kind of liars, or that they are obsessed with women. Therefore, they will tell you that men are not telling the truth, when they tell you they don't think about women anymore than they think about their refrigerator.

There is a wonderful quote that goes like this:

"Why would I waste my time, thinking about women, when I can go out, and be with them?"

I have seen this quote attributed to various people, but I don't know who said it first.

I think the point is very well made. If I want to be around women, I can go out, and find one right away. Or, I can spend all day, thinking about women? Which would I rather do?

I think every man would rather go out, and find women to be around, than sit around all day thinking about them.
