I know this is a weird time to do so, but I got my girlfriend pregnant on purpose.

I got my girlfriend pregnant on purpose. In the past few days, I've seen so many posts about how our baby will see their first election be a complete shit show, how they won't have a world to grow up in, and all this stuff. And I just feel so much better when I think about my baby that won't be born for another 7 months. I'm not sure they'll get to see Biden win the election, but I know they'll be here soon, and I'll get to teach them everything I know, and watch them grow up into the person they'll be.<br><br>I'm excited. I don't care about the current state of the world. I'm excited to meet my child, and watch them grow into a strong, powerful, and compassionate person. I will work my hardest to raise them well, to teach them to treat others the way they want to be treated, and to only use their strength to protect those who cannot defend themselves.<br><br>I know now isn't the best time, but I've wanted to be a dad for a long time, and I finally got the opportunity, and I'm not gonna let that go. I will work my hardest, and do everything I can to ensure my child will live a happy, safe life, no matter what that takes.<br><br>That being said, vote blue, or I'll come after you.<br><br>EDIT: Hey guys, thanks for the rewards. I know you have a right to your opinion, and of course, that's fine. Everyone is entitled to one. But please, think back to when you were a child, and how you felt about your parents. No matter how hard my kid's life might be, they will always know how much I love them, and how proud of them I am. I will always be there to support them, no matter what, and they will always have a home to come to. If you can't see that, I'm sorry, but you should keep your opinion to yourself. I fully expect people to disagree, but some of the things being said are just disgusting.
