Let's not pretend that philosophy exists in a vacuum. Who are some philosophers that have actually done something with their ideas, whether for good, for ill, or somewhere in between.<br><br>We all know the canonical suspects: Marx and Lenin, Nietzsche and Nazism, etc. Who else has either brought about something tangible or changed something fundamentally through their work?
