I am a Polish- Israeli. We Poles are sick and tired of being blamed for the holocaust, Polish- Israelis should get the same rights as Ethiopian- Israelis

As the title says, sick and tired of being blamed for the holocaust when we have tried to save as many Jews as we could. In fact we are the nation with the most Righteous Among the Nations. We have been invaded and occupied by both Nazis and Soviets. We also have tried to save our Jewish citizens as much as we could, even our government in exile sent its agents to Poland to save them. <br><br>In Israel many are unaware Polish- Israelis exist. We also deserve better recognition of our struggle and rights because we are just as much Israelis as Ethiopians, Russians, Americans and any other nationalities. <br><br>We have Polish schools in Israel and many around the world, Polish scouts in Israel, a ton of books about our struggles, excellent relations with Israel- something very rare about an EU country. Many Polish Israelis are also active on Israeli politics and in the IDF.
