My (ex) gf always said she felt so alone and what a waste of time relationships are when in reality she didn't care about me at all

So why lie about it? She said I'm always talking about my bike and how it was such a pain in the butt to go on rides and how I would say the same thing pretty much every time. Why complain about it? I'm just mad that I wasted everyone's time, hers and mine. I'm pretty mad right now and she doesn't know how to respond except to say that I'm low value and should feel lucky to have her.
