I need some BUG HELP :(

Hello, this is a bit of a long shot but at this point I need some “bug” help. I am originally from the United States and I lived in England for a couple of months. During my time in England I got a few(ish) western conifer seed bugs. Then I came to my AirBnB in Sweden and… now they’re here too. It’s two now but I am worried about it becoming more. I have no idea what to do about them. Do Swedish people have this as a common pest? Any advice? AirBnB hosts tend to frown upon having bugs living with you. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am stressing really hard right now. <br><br>Also… if I leave this place do I have a chance of spreading them to other locations? <br><br>I really do not want to be the person responsible for western conifer seed bugs infesting a new country. <br><br>I am not ready for the responsibility of bug motherhood.
