What is something I can get for another man that shows/means a lot to the person?

So my grandad is turning 90 years old and my family is having a small/ family reunion party for him. I don't have a clue what to get him. I have been racking my brain and have no idea. It would be awesome if I could find something that would mean a lot to him/ be significant to him. Any ideas? Also, I'm 20 years old and on a college budget. Price does not matter, but I would rather not spend a lot of money. thank you for all the replies so far.
