what's the level of controlfluence that humans have on the AI?<br>does some blackbox AI system decide how to become sentient?<br>who is responsible for ~the pivot~ to AGI?<br><br>e.g. does a startup found by 3Elon, 2Bezos, 2Zuckerberg, and 1 Buffet decide the fate of humanity?<br>or is it some backroom blackbox government AI project?<br>or is it perhaps a crypto project in shambles that somehow figures out how to get AGI to work by 2028?
