Thinking about it...my cats don't really know they are bugs. They just know that there are these free little prey snacks in the room. How do I break this news to them?

I have 3 cats and all 3 are INFATUATED with these bugs. One of them, Linnie, is really fat and can't get to them but every time she smells one, she runs around like a maniac because she knows she is close. She is just too dumb to figure out it's in the wall.

Anyway. Thinking about all this from a feline perspective. I bought them one of those wand toys just to distract them from these bugs. I have killed about 100 since Sunday. I never even knew there WERE this many in the apartment. Anyways. I have two of the sticky traps and I am just leaving them out because I have already found 6 bugs on them. I have one bowl of water out and I have cleared one corner of my room by laying the water bowl and placing the sticky traps beside it. I have found 2 bugs in the bowl.

When I find them, the cats do the crouch thing, but I am usually not around to see it. I have found that the best time to find them is about 10 minutes after I turn out the lights. Sometimes they jump out of the outlet bowl too fast for me to smash them and I am frantically looking around the room to find them before they get in the wall. Usually at that point, I am like a child with an arcade game and I kill them all. Sometimes I get them in mid-air.

I also finally figured out why they like my 2nd bedroom so much. There is a gap between the middle two windows and the facade. (For those who have no idea what I am referring to, just google the term) I have used caulk to seal the gap, so that should help.

I think I am going to have some luck with this.

TL;DR-I am going to be on a KILLING SPREE
