I’m gay and I almost got lured to my death

I’m gay, but I still love women. I believe in having female friendships. One day I was talking to a girl I was acquainted with and she seemed nice. She was a little bit older than me, but attractive. She was always really nice and showed that she cared about me a lot so we became close. She asked me if I wanted to come over to her house to hang out. I agreed, not seeing anything wrong with it. <br><br>She gave me her address, and we agreed on a time to meet. I believe she told me to meet her at 2 P.M. I got there around the correct time, and the house looked nice from the outside. It was small, but not disgusting or anything. I turned the doorknob, and it was unlocked. I thought that was weird, but maybe she just forgot to lock it? I came inside, and there was nobody there. I waited for 20 minutes, and the girl I was meeting came downstairs. She told me that she had a boyfriend. I asked why she invited me over if she was in a relationship. She didn’t reply, she just tried to hug me and kiss me. I refused, and I told her that I was gay. She was angry. What the fuck? I got up and ran out of the house, and I didn’t talk to her again. Later, I was reading a Chambers post and the suggestion bar was telling me to read more. One of the posts was called something like “I was almost baited” or something like that. It was similar to my experience. I decided to read it.<br><br>The OP was a male, and he was going to meet up with a girl. When he got there, there were multiple men instead of the girl. They were going to beat the shit out of him, maybe even kill him, because he was gay. They were homophobic, and the girl was just a set up. I started thinking about my experience. I told the girl that I was gay, and she got angry. What if she was luring me into my death? What if she was part of something like the people in the post? <br><br>I’m safe now, and I’m just grateful that nothing happened to me.<br>Let’s not meet again, bitch.
