I caught my husband with my cockerel

I didn't know where else to get advice, I'm hoping someone in this sub will be able to assist me. Basically I just started cockerel breeding last year, and my husband bought me two cockerels and two pullets. He was very supportive, but in the last few months I've started to notice that he's been spending more time in the coop at night; always going in after I've gone to bed, he says he's only in there to check on the chickens and I trusted him.

Until I walked in on him one night, he was caught. I'm not sure how to deal with this, I've invested so much time and money into my chickens and now I feel uncomfortable even going into the coop myself. I'm not sure how to deal with this, so I'm hoping someone here will be able to offer some advice.

I can't bear to part with my rooster, so I'm not sure what to do.
