I don't care how successful a woman is, as soon as she gives birth and makes the choice to raise her children, she will be considered a failure. Why?

I was just watching an interview with a Scandinavian woman who came from a poor background and rose to become CEO and leader of a political party who was asked by a reporter if she will have children, and when she mentioned she had chosen not to and her partner was ALSO not interested in becoming a parent, the reporter's tone seemed to change, and he responded, almost in a tone of appeasement "You can change your mind later on." A male CEO, a male politician, a male leader of a political party wouldn't face these kinds of questions, and a female politician who encounters the same kind of success and feels she has no time for raising a child, encounters judgements and feels guilt because she has made this choice. One of the most successful politicians in Norway was in the same situation, and had to determine whether she was a successful politician or a mother, despite having supportive family and her partner being on the same page as her, and even mentioned how she was being judged by many people. If a woman decides to give birth, how can she not face guilt, how can she not face judgement from people who tell her she is a bad parent, a bad politician, and a bad leader of a political party if she can't spend enough time raising her child? As a woman, whatever choices you make, you will be judged, you will be called a failure, and you will be called selfish. How can you be a successful woman in this modern age?
