My (23F) boyfriend (25M) has waifus. How do I feel about this?

So, I have known about my boyfriend's waifus for some time now, but I am still trying to navigate how I feel about them and how they make me feel. <br><br>We have been together for almost four years, and for most of that time, he has been open with me about his love for anime and videogame characters. I had assumed that this was just a fun, lighthearted interest, something to enjoy in his free time. However, I've come to realize that his feelings for these characters go beyond a casual appreciation. He often refers to them as his "second true loves" and says that he would love them even if they were real.<br><br>It's hard for me not to take his interest in these characters personally. I sometimes find myself feeling like I'm competing with them for his attention and affection. I worry that he might prefer to be with them instead of me, or that he might see them as more attractive or desirable.<br><br>I'm not sure how to navigate these feelings.
