I want to learn how to make a friend but it seems impossible to do

I feel like I’m not a very likable person and I’m bitter due to past experiences. I feel like nobody likes me because I’m not a interesting person and that my personality is not likable. I take classes and my classmates don’t talk to me and at work nobody likes me. I feel like I want to learn how to make a friend and maybe even a friend group.
