I am extremely disappointed in the lack of visibility and support for instructors here in this sub. It seems as though most of the mods have no understanding of how important our job is, and how much is needed of us.

I am an instructor for a company that hires instructors to do the training data for chat gpt. As most of you know, it is very difficult trying to reach the 90% accuracy rate and it's mentally and spiritually taxing. However, I understand the importance that our profession holds for the accuracy of chat gpt. I am here to bring light to an issue that I recently felt in this sub. In a previous post that I made, I pictured a very dangerous side affect that may occur if we continue down the path that we are on. This is not a post to "hate on ai" or any of the other bs that people like to claim in this sub whenever someone speaks out about the harm that it may cause. <br><br>This is a post to bring light to the issue, that once gpt is capable of doing a job that you are qualified for, you will lose your job. It is not a matter of if, but when. This is an issue that humanity will face on a massive scale and I'm disappointed in most of you that refuse to listen to us, instructors, that have all of the inside information about this technology. In this post I explained how I pictured a very dangerous future where the majority of people are jobless, because of the fact that AI has to take the place of most jobs. This issue is not widely spoken about, but it will be a massive issue that the USA will face in the near future, and we need your support in helping to bring light to this issue. I know that the majority of you do not care about our struggles, and that's okay, but we are at the forefront of this issue that will have a massive impact on all of us in the future. <br><br>So I urge you to listen to our voices that are crying out and begging for help as we are pushed to the edge of a cliff that seems impossible to come back from. Listen to our voices, and use that energy to spread awareness of our plight. Only by working together can we prevent this disaster from happening.
