Am I the first person to call 911 from the phone next to the Thunder Mountain ride in Disney World?

I’m 24 and am fairly skinny for my height so I’ve never had issues with rides or seats. I went to DW last week with some friends from college and rode the big roller coaster rides with no issues. My waist is 41” and I’m 6’5”.

Last night a few of us went to the Magic Kingdom and rode all the rides including the haunted house, space mountain, and splash mountain with zero issues.

We got to the Thunder Mountain ride and the safety bar wouldn’t fit over me. After some tugging from the employees, they asked me to get off the ride. I have never had an issue before and didn’t think this would be a problem so I was pretty upset. I asked if there was a manager I could call and they said there was nothing they could do and told me to use the phone next to the ride if I had questions for the manager.

I called and it said “911, what’s your emergency”. I was confused and said, “oh shit, I’m sorry. I was supposed to call a manager for Disney not 911”. The person laughed and said “yeah, first time anyone has called me from that phone. I will be honest, no one has ever called 911 from this number before. You’re the first person I’ve gotten a call from that phone”. I let them go and called the number again, which was actually for the manager.

Anyone else call 911 from that phone??
