What do you think about my situation?

As I’m not particularly a talkative person, I tend to find myself alone. However, I’ve been quite active in the community because I’m very good at sports; I help out in my community, and I do communication stuff for my local church. But after all of that, I’ll find myself alone, not knowing why.<br><br>I’ve tried many ways to get out of this situation. But none work. I’ve recently realized that because I’m not a talkative person, I have a hard time making friends. I’m not very good at expressing myself, so I tend to be shy, and that makes it even harder. What do you think I should do?<br><br>I need your thoughts because I really don’t know what to do.
