Why is there a crisis over Ukraine, but not over Palestine?

It seems to me that Ukraine has been a major crisis. The war in Ukraine has been going on for more than a year. Ever since, Ukraine has received billions of dollars in amounts of aid (moral, military, humanitarian, etc). Some also speculated that Russia might be expelled from SWIFT. Russia has been heavily sanctioned. Putin has been labelled as a war criminal. There have been massive threats of nuclear war if the situation escalates.

Teachers at my university raised awareness about the Ukraine war. They have raised hundreds of millions of dollars in charities, donated soldier equipment, etc. The crisis was so severe that many European nations were concerned about losing their gas flow and transferred over to other sources of energy. The situation was also so severe that a few Ukrainian cities were completely destroyed.

On the other hand, there is the Palestine war. Palestine has been under occupation for more than 75 years. Every year, dozens of innocent Palestinian civilians are slain by the IDF in Gaza. They don't have access to basic resources like water, food, shelter, etc. The Palestinian population has been expelled from Israel and forced into settlements with no economic opportunities. Settlers from Israel launch attacks on innocent Palestinians with no fear of any repercussions. Sometimes, the IDF takes the property. The war has been going on for decades. There is no end in sight and there's no real pressure from the international community to end the conflict.

The United States gives billions of dollars in aid to Israel but not to Palestine. Not a single teacher in my university has spoken about the situation in Palestine and not a single charity has been raised for Palestine even though they are in dire need of aid. Israel has been labelled as an apartheid. They have been accused of atrocities and war crimes, but nothing has been done so far to stop them. The war has gone on for so long that any peaceful discussion has been forgotten. People born in the 2000s will not see the light of peace. It might be decades before the situation is resolved.

Why is there so much pressure on Russia over Ukraine, but not Israel over Palestine?
